		<description>@Asheesh: Not really,, but tagging would definitely be a part of this idea. The main part is the linking/associating multiple versions of the same article (which would provide interesting information in and of itself) with the hope that one of those versions is Open Access.

Then, this service, which will be popular so it will be indexed by Google, will be a main entry point for scholars to find those really important articles they need. As I have learned from working in the library system; until it is indexed by Google, it doesn&#039;t exist.</description>
